A proud retired veteran of the United States Army, Mr. Burks brings military discipline, resilience, and integrity into every aspect of his leadership. His passion for people and unwavering faith guide the foundation’s mission to serve with purpose, restore hope, and create sustainable change in communities across Texas and beyond.

Under his leadership, The Burks Foundation has grown into a respected 508(c)(1)(A) nonprofit that provides essential services to veterans, youth, homeless individuals, and families in crisis. Mr. Burks believes in the power of collaboration and continues to form strategic partnerships with local organizations, churches, and civic groups to extend the foundation’s reach.
